I’m not saying it is easy by any means, but maybe if you can see my ups and downs and how I handled them (both good and bad), you won’t be scared to start working on your own. Stay in the the driver’s seat of your own health by learning how to ask the right questions, listen to the responses, combine all of your resources and use your own intuition in making health decisions. “Does this treatment feel right for me?” As a healthcare professional myself, I have seen time and time again that people do not know how to advocate for themselves and their health.
